27 Cortisone injections on my foot. In less than a year!
Brandon Hawkins did a minor tendon repair, for a diagnosis of plantar fashiatis. On 4-11-2017 as of March 1, 2018 I have received 27 cortisone injections in my right foot. Last injection caused my aqhilles tendon to Rupture. Due to the fact I had a bursitis pouch in the tendon. Which clearly was stated on my October2017 MRI. Which means I should have never had any injections. Golden rule is never too have more than 3 injections in a years time. After request for my medical records from Stockdale podiatry. They refused to continue to see me. And cancelled my scheduled surgery for March 20, 2018. Be careful and do research on the long term affects of Steroid injections. Can cause high blood pressure, diabetes, scaring and damaged Nerve tissue.
